"Wow, I was blown away with how helpful and how easy the purchase of my 2022 Kawasaki Versys was! I saw the bike on Cycletrader, called and we were able to negotiate a price over the phone. I put some money to hold it, as I would not be able to go pick up the bike for two weeks. I made an appointment to be there at 10:00 am. I drove for 2 1/2 hours to get there (yes the drive was well worth it!), and when I got there around 10:00am they were packed. They had customers waiting. I was brought to the front of the line, the whole transaction took less than an hour for me to get all the papers signed and the bike put on my trailer. I needed some help with removing the hand guard so I could put the straps on, and they sent someone out to help me immediately. I've been riding for over 40 years and I have to say that this was the best experience buying a bike that I have had. Did I mention that I got a great price on the bike too!
