The Winter Nationals continued on Friday and Saturday at Gatorback in Florida as the Motocross segment proved a highly competitive race challenge. Jace had two 1st place moto wins as well as several 3rd and 4th individual moto finishes, but the final results showed only one Podium position for Jace with a third place in the 250 B Mod class, with Jace finishing 4th in Schoolboy and 4th in Open B stock.
Over the week of competition in both the Supercross and Motocross events, Jace's individual moto finishes included 3 1st, 4 2nd, 2 3rd, and 5 4ths over Jace's 16 moto races in the 8 classes he entered. Consistency is key, and Jace's dominating race speed will come as the year progresses.
For now it's more training in South Carolina, home for Christmas Holidays, then off to California for Winter training before the early March Oak Hill and Mill Creek Nationals, and then the qualifying rounds for Loretta Lynn's. A full schedule, and lots of hard work mean another busy summer for Jace!
Jace continues his winning ways at the Mini O's Winter Nationals at Gatorback Park near Gainesville FL. Competing in Schoolboy, 250 B Stock, 250 B Mod, and Open B Mod, Jace finished the first moto qualifier in 2 nd place in all four class motos. Yes. that's consistent. In the finals, Jace overall managed 1st in 250 B stock, 3rd in Open B Mod, 4th in Schoolboy, and 5th in 250 B mod. Two podium finishes in the first four events in the Supercross series gives Jace a solid start to the 2012 Year....
